Who are you?
AlefUP is an English-language website founded in 2026 in Tangier, Morocco, by three Moroccan high-school teachers who teach Arabic to non-native speakers.
What do you offer?
Our Arabic books, private online lessons, a free level test and free articles on our blog.
How do the lessons work?
Lessons are one-to-one and online, on Google Meet or Zoom, for every level. You can learn Modern Standard Arabic, Moroccan Darija or Quranic Arabic. Message us on WhatsApp to book and to ask for the price.
How do I get the books?
Our books are colored editions available on Amazon. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose and order.
Is the level test really free?
Yes. It is adaptive: up to 35 questions that get harder as you answer correctly, about 25 minutes, no account needed. You get an estimated level from A1 to C1 and a score for each skill.
How fast do you reply?
